Ryan joined McGees Property in 2017 commencing as a full-time Property Management Assistant in 2018, and most recently graduating to the role of Property Manager in 2022.

Ryan brings an extensive knowledge of finance and accounting to the role and is a dedicated team member who is known for his strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

As a McGees Property Manager, Ryan oversees processing of accounts, budgeting and reconciliations, monthly tenant invoicing, arrears and reporting, as well as management of tenant insurance and drafting and set up of agency management agreements, leases and lease renewals.
